Lifestyle4all returns policy allows us to provide the very highest standards of services in a simple and easy to understand way. It can take up to 10 days to process your return, but we will do our best at all times to reduce this time.

    Returns Procedure.

To return an item you must first contact us to request a Return Authorisation (RMA) Click Here to contact us.

Returned items should be packaged properly and shipped in a plain outer box.

Ensure the return has your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

You must get appropriate Insurance cover and proof of postage for the delivery of any items returned to Lifestyle4all in case anything gets lost in the post. In the event of a returned item not reaching Lifestyle4all You will need to claim directly from Royal Mail as we cannot.

We reserve the right not to accept returns that do not have a Valid Return Authorisation Number (RMA).

    Unwanted Items.

To return an unwanted item you must first contact us to request a Return Authorisation (RMA) Click Here to contact us.

Unwanted items can be returned to us up to 7 days after the date we send it to you. Unwanted items can only be returned if they are unopened and unused in any way. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty.

We will issue a refund (excluding shipping charges) only when we have received the item and it has been checked to be unopened and unused in any way.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method originally made and do not include shipping charges.

    Testing Returns.

We advise that before you return a faulty item that you test the item fully and contact the manufacturer or appointed distributor for further technical support.

We fully test all returned items, any item found to be not faulty will be subject to a £10.00 + return shipping charge if we cannot reproduce the fault.
